i came around a corner in a snow storm the other day and saw a car off the road. his friend came to help him get it out and left his truck in the middle of the road and i couldnt stop in the snow.

that sux man, but couldve been worst. looks like you need new front bumper, an opportunity for you to go with aftermarket. cant tell if ur fender is bent, and ur hood needs readjustment.

the cops told me it was all their fault because he left his car in the road with no spotter and no hazard lights while he helped his friend...but the insurance company says its my fault becuase i hit a parked car

insurance told me they will replace the hood because they dont risk bending it back incase it doesnt latch properly. im not sure if i wanna go aftermarker because i dont have rims yet

ouch. well i didnt have rims and i went after market  i figured if i could save a good amount of money getting it after the accident it would be worth it and get the rims later.

An OEM carbon fiber hood won't look too bad without a kit on. But something like the invader hood looks stupid if you havn't got a kit.

Dude keep pressing the other guy's insurance company, since the cops told you that the driver of the truck is at fault the other company has to pay for the damages. I just hope that you haven't contacted your company yet.
