foudn this muffler on ebay..is it a real tanabe? is there anyway to tell?

based on the pic and the seller's rating, I'd say it's legit. But remember that this muffler is for a custom exhaust. You'd have to get piping for the celi yourself.

I would lean towards a NO. But whatever it's your money. Just buy the cat-back system dont waste your money on mufflers.

i already have the piping. but the muffler i have is CRAP and i wanna change it i want a nice deep sounding exhaust, SOLID and clear, with maybe a higher pitch in the upper rpms

looking at it again it MIGHT be legit. But then again he missquoted the retail price it's $198. Eh I dunno you could prolly get it from a parts shop online for the same money and know it was legit. Know what I mean?

yeaa. ive been looking around online, and missed the boat on the sale price that was like $120. the next cheapest i can find now is $150. so if this is legit, i wanna jump on it.

Tanabe, Apexi, 5zigen and other brand sells universal tip, so i wouldnt doubt that that one is real.

email him to make sure its a real tanabe and tell him that you want to buy it. but tell him that it better be tanabe, or else you want you money back or some other threatening things. thumbsup
