I've heard about tightening the throttle cable before. Is that something any one with general knowledge can do? What about the magnets on the fuel rail "that was mentioned on a previous thread" and last how come there isn't an after market chip or ecu in production yet ? They usually improve HP, MPG , and response

There is a ecu upgrade in production, I have one. It is the Jet Performance chip. It advances timing and I noticed a lot better low end than I had before. I have a 5sp but I read that it enhances the shifting on an automatic. Also as mentioned before get the aem pulley too. But if you have intentions of getting a I/H/E then do this first because at jet performance they ask you what you have done to your car so they can modify your ecu to give a proper air/fuel mixture. If you get the chip first and then decide to to the I/H/E then you might be S.O.L.
