Depends, how much money do you have?
Making a point, not really asking a question. Pretty much anything is possible.

HHmmmm.
It is 193 stock. Right?
Cai and Exhaust with Headers moves it up to about 210-215.
Cams up to 225? Pulleys 235-240?
Then you can richen the fuel, make the air intake bigger, Bigger fuel pump, Better hoses on everything, High flow fuel hose.
Then you are maybe around 260? 270?

Then you are maybe around 260? 270? WAY OFF!!! Comes 180 to the crank. Around 165 to the wheels. After cams, pullies, intake, header, exhaust, internals, port and polish. You would be lucky to get 220 to the wheels.

The European Celica's (GTS) have 189HP @ 7,800RPM American Celica's (GTS) have 180HP @ 7,600RPM
The power of 193HP that was said before is true and false at the same time. An Europan HP is not the same as a Brittish or American HP. The horses over here are less strong.
1 EU HP = 0,73549875 kW 1 US HP = 0,7457 kW
The difference is because of the definition. 1 Brittish/American HP is the power produced by an average coalminehorse in 1,800 in England. (lifting a mass of 550lbm with a speed of 1foot/s.
1 European HP is the power needed to lift 75kg with a speed of 1m/s.
So if we all would use the kW we wouldn't have any problems.

so...what's the most you can bore out a stock celica engine? what kind of hp gains would that give w/ bolt ons, p&p, cams, fuel pump, injectors, and new ECU?
