I went out to jump my car today, and i went to pull my hood release level, and it moves but it won't pop the hood. There is a lot of tension in the lever. I'm not gonna yank it, casue i dont want to break it. . .
is there an emergency one somewhere?
No one has touched the car, so i dont know how it happens. . . all i can come up with, is that its frozen, but i dont think it is?

Probably Frozen... or your lever may be loose, like the screws that hold it, and may be wiggling too much and it won't pop :shrugs: If you can get it to pop up half way take a flashlight and have a look under there and see if you can see what it is, if it's the "frozen" thought, then just pour a little hot water on there.
