ok so i just got my pads installed, for 80 bucks, just the front two, good deal or bad?

I also need shocks, now first question, my ride is bouncy. NOW one mechanic i talked to said its becuase i lowered it, but that just sounds retarded and incorrect. the other mechanic said i needed new shocks which i figured but he also said a new rear strut.

PLEASE answer ALL questions. thanks guys.

deal doesn't sound bad, get all 4 new shocks/struts, your lowering spring have worn them out

how many miles on your struts (and by the way our celis have struts...not shocks)? how did the spring lower your car? when you hit a bump does your car keep bouncing or is it just stiff from your springs?

more info is needed

it bounces, but not repeatedly, its just a very uncomfortable ride, when i compare it to my buddys stock rides. no i actually think they do have shocks & shocks, unless im really wrong.

yes you are.

again what type of springs do you have and how much miles are on your struts. you may just experience a stiff ride because of your springs...nothing is more comfortable than stock

also you can get tokico hp shocks(blues) for about 230 shipped from ebay but they don't recomend lowering it more than 1.75 inches

since your srings lower your car 2 inches your shocks are going to wear out faster even with better shocks they just might not wear out as fast as the stock ones

you got ripped off w/install of brake pads, they are so easy to remove. Get coilovers if you don't want a bouncy ride.
