Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Came across must know if this is true

Hey i was checking out this website and i came across this...http://intensepower.com/celgtscolair.html...an intake mady my intense motorsports which they gains 12-13 hp and that seems pretty high seeing the 2 best intakes for a celica aem & injen only gives you like 5-6 hp gain. Is this for real?

I trust Intense Motorsports about as far as I can throw them.

Their design is based off of an AEM CAI and they sell it for cheaper. There's no way that thing will net you more horsepower than the CAI it was designed upon.

I agree. But if you want to check them out, you just found another competitor with AEM and Injen. Sometimes you have to take risks.

But seriously that is a bunch of I would stick with the tried and true intakes. Let someone else take the hit and try the new intakes.
