someone close this thread Damn boy, chill. To answer your question, rumor has it that it doesn't fit under the hood. I would like to see some proof that it doesn't fit. They can get a blitz supercharger to fit, and one of the Hotchkis celicas has a supercharger. Given, you may need to do some kind of modification, but unless I am shown that it does not fit, I'm sticking with this. Dan

I am not into Superchargers, right. As to why it doesn't fit...I don't know, but I just talked to a Toyota Tech that said he just took the TRD SC off of a celica. He said buy a manifold and bam, it fits. So like I said...seems to be more of a rumor cause no one has posted any proof. Hey Vtec Killa...why don't you get something to back this up instead of getting cocky.

i wasnt trying to prove anything by the way, but what did you mean get a new manifold, where? how? from who? I think that TRD may be able to provide it. The tech I talked to said..'if you buy a manifold it will fit'. So I am sure TRD knows this, and will know the proper steps to take. If I was into Superchargers, I would just email them and ask. I suggest someone here does...there is your proof if it fits or not. See what I'm saying? Dan

I will answer the questions, but I don't have proof, I just have the he said she said version. I'm not real into turbos, but I have done some research on them. For the GT, there is David Drapers and Stratford. I know that these are both great for our cars. Many people will go with Drapers because his seems more reliable as he kept us updated with it has he produced it and so forth. So he has the favor for being involved with us. Strafords on the other hand seems to be very impressive and I think they may have got something for their engine management patented. I also believe the numbers are better than Drapers. I am sure that Strafords is reliable as well and I think it may be cheaper. Not too sure. But if you want a lot of info on these turbos, Got to NC.org and check out the Forced Induction Forum. They keep all that stuff updated and do a lot of talk about these two turbos.
