I believe the short RAM will be quieter and more durable. However, the CAI will give you more performance... The CAI is also harder to install (from what I've heard...) Will an Injen CAI cause hydrolock?? I heard you don't need a bypass valve with an Injen CAI, but you need one with a AEM CAI, is this correct??

I GOT MY INJEN CAI, AND WAITING FOR THE WEATHER TO BE A LIL WARMER TO INSTALL IT.
GOOD POINT ABOUT THE HYDROLOCK FUBAR2001GT. THOUGH I'M KINDA WORRIED ABOUT WHETHER THE SNOW WILL FREEZE UP ON THE FILTER AS WELL. SO TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE, I GOT A HEATED SHIELD (OR SPLASH GUARD) I BELIEVE THAT'S WHAT THEY CALLED IT.

ANOTHER QUESTION: WHAT IS THE COLOR FOR EIBACH PRO-KIT SPRINGS?? AND HOW DO YOU KNOW IT ISN'T SOME FRAUDULENT KIND? I HEARD EIBACH PRO-KIT SPRINGS = CHARCOAL GREY POWDER COATED WHILE EIBACH SPORTLINE = GLOSS RED POWDER COATED? IS THIS TRUE? ANYONE KNOWS?
