Get a shop to do it. A Carbon Fiber hood is too expensive to mess around with|

Dont get me wrong. Drilling into Carbon Fiber isnt hard. Its like drilling into anything else. The question is, do you have the balls to do it yourself? If you have confidence in your drilling skills, then go right ahead and do it. But if you fuck up, get ready to punch yourself in the face cause there is no fixing it. I bet that the reason why the shops around your place wont touch Carbon Fiber.

You need a drill with some high rpm's first off all. Do NOT use
some dremel crap, or other battery driven cheap shit.

And get some new **sharp** tools.

Cover the area you want to drill through with tape. This helps prevent chipping. Start by drilling a very small hole. Then get a slightly bigger
bore/drill (whatever the hell it's called) and that hole slightly larger.
Advance like that 'till you have the correct sized hole.

Good luck.

The Carbon Fiber hood spoilers are light enough, just get some 3M heavy rated outdoor adhesive tape. Mine are held on with that, no problems at all. You would have to pull really hard to get them off.
