on aircraft parts we have to sand into the part and put a wet patch on it then vaccume bag it localy on the patch. It takes specific equipment to do it and pratice to make it look right. YOULL HAVE MORE LABOR IN IT THAN IT'S WORTH. It's not a $12,000 aircraft fairing so just replace it. MAKE SURE TO FIND OUT IT CRACKED WHY BEFORE DOING GETING ANOTHER ONE!!!!!!
