Just received my clear corners and on the outside of the box theres a warning saying this auto lamp set is for off-road or show purpose only.

so i was wondering do they all say that, did i get the wrong thing or is it no big deal just a warning to protect their butts incase something does happen

almost any aftermarket part says that

as long as you have amber bulbs you should be ok...

is it legal in California to put hyper white bulbs in clear corners?

hard to put on? is it basically you unscrew that plastic pin and unbolt some things?

I cant see anyone ever getting pulled over for these with the white bulbs.


You just reach through the wheel well area, take off the screw holding the old ones in and take them off. Then put the new ones on with the screw and your done. Look in the install section of this site. Its really easy.

BUt only put them on when you go offroading with your car. I only put mine on when I go 4X4ing. hehe.

yeah but i only go 4x4 before shows so it saves me the hassle of changing them out as much

yea, they all say that I'm sure. You're supposed to have amber bulbs in them.

I bought caleb the clear corners w/hyperwhite bulbs from the EC store, and they're no problem...cept the cops over here could care less about that. He's thinking about tinting them anyway though.

Install was easy the hard part was doing the passanger side b/c theres that box in the way and it sux getting around it. Got amber lights guess I need to find some white ones
