I was planning on buying the Hotchkis Complete TVS...here are the items that come with it:

This kit includes all of the Hotchkis goodies: coilover kit, coil springs, swaybar kit, front camber plates/strut brace, and rear camber links. This is simply the most complete and best engineered suspension kit available for the Celica. See http://www.hotchkistuning.com/frames/toyota_celica/testing_results.htm for results of a recent track test of this package- very impressive.

Do i need all of these? or could i lose some? or am i missing anything that i could get with it? Will the ride be comfortable or harsh. If it matters i will lower the car some (up to 1 3/8" front)...i don't know if i will go that far but i will some because i need it everyday and i don't want my tires to lose tread that quickly...just in case that matters but i doubt it lol. Thanks for any and all help

I have that kit. It's simply amazing as far as handling goes. The numbers and results speak for themselves. All the parts of the kit are awesome individually but they are also designed to work together, so its better if you get the complete kit. For a complete hardcore race suspension the ride quality is actually good. Im actually parting my car out right now and selling that kit minus the sways, if you want to get the kit it would be a great opportunity for you to save over $1000.

I would ask yourself if you really need it or not. It's way overboard for most people.

if you race in a track then i would say..yeah...by all means get the kit. but if all you're doing is commuting to work with the occasional agressive driving...then $700 will get you some good struts and sways...

i dont' know, i kinda waht to make it a show car as well, i want to go all the way, otherwise ct, i would take your advice but i might consider it anyways lol, maybe i should just get some good strut bars and sway bars. Plus, i dont' want to kill my car with hitting anything if i lower the 1 3/8"...

But I don't know if i will like it with just the sways and struts...

Don't get coil overs if your not even gunna lower the car more than 1.5"... It is a waste of money, if you are only going 1 3/8" lower. Just get some S-Techs, AGX, sways, strut bar, rear strut bar, and the front under brace. It will be less and you will still have a decent ride.

My car is gunna be 10x faster than yours...haha... I'm gunna buy like 10
of those speedchips! I figure if 1 gets me 20hp then 10 will get me 200hp!

i have the hotchkis tvs kit on my car and it rocks. it makes the car so much more enjoyable to drive. you might want to check out how much its going to cost to get it installed, its not something you want to do at home. if you got any questions on the install, drop me a pm. oh and watch out with teh screws, youll strip them if youre not really careful
