is your car lowered already? personally, i would at least lower your car before getting rims.

not lowered..had a camaro that scraped the ground everywhere..prob not going to lower the celica unless i just get the trd springs cause they are only 1" drop.. roads and pot holes are aweful here

get the rims for sure.. that's a great deal! If you can't get the rims and you only have 4-500 to spend, then get the hood and buy the rims later.

rims!! also check out wheelmax.com because they were having an inventory clearance and they were selling 17' packages for $599, that was like a week ago so no garantees.
a kid told me that celicas handle like crap... i laughed
