does the front lip of the wings west kit replace or cover up the stock lower lip?

yep, the ww front lip goes over the stock front lip.

hmm ok, where can i buy a stock front lip? Mine is scraped to all hell. and how much would it be?

I dont think why it should matter how badly scraped it is, its just going to be fully covered. Dont even bother looking for a new one. Just my .02
