Guys i had put on my intake about a month back. It runs fine but today talkin to another celica owner, she suggested that the intake should suck in air continouusly and not like its sputtering...she has an injen intake on her auto and it doesnt seem to sputter. This happens when my car is on idle. So basicaly i am asking is that normal for AEM intakes or should i worry about it. The hoses and all their fittin looks good. Let me know.

almost sounds like you have a vacuum leak somewhere.. hmm, you said you checked all the hoses for a tight fit, dunno

how bout the filter is it clean cause if there is a good amount of build up then that could cause spuddering also clean ur MAF sensor( i know but worth a try)

how much does a new MAF sensor (MAS) cost? OEM, of course. in case you had to replace it
