Wash washing my car today when I was doing the front bumper and there was this huge black thing on it. Went ahead washed it scrubed it and it smeared. The big chunk came off but now where it smeared it is like stained or something it wont come off! is there anything I can use to help get it off!?

yeah its road tar man. Its like gooey and sticky and a bitch to come off. If it gets that bad just get a hair dryer and heat it up and rub it out then wax and buff the spot you had the TAR crap on.
