hwo do i instal new low beams in my 00' celica gts, and how can i find the right size

you're going to need new H7 bulbs. These are a BITCH to replace, especially if you have larger hands, like myself. They're the top most bulbs. If you open the hood, there is a black rubber seal covering it with wires coming through the middle. Remove the seal, and then there's a pin to be unhooked. Once you unhook it, remove the bulb. Notice the alignment of the bulb. On the round base of the bulb are two indentations, one on the top and one on the bottom, each with a different size. Simply take the new bulb, match the alignment, then install. Replace the white plastic piece that goes on the prongs of the bulb, replace the seal, connect the wires, and you're done.
