Ok. I sold my subs and amp today and now I want to do a color screen headunit/dvd player with a touch screen monitor where the flip up door is. What is needed to accomplish this? Is there a mounting kit for the screen so I dont have to mess with the flip up door on the extra compartment? And also, where do I get the single din mounting kit for a headunit? Any help, opinions, pics, brands.. ANYTHING is helpful. Thanks.

i have a sony in-dash screen with my sony mp3/cd player in a double din bracket. i used the stock brackets. You can buy a single din bracket at like circuitcity but you might have to cut it with a dremmle tool to make it fit thats what i did.

Stun - That is exactly what I was talking about. Your setup was like exactly what i was thinking. So you bought a JDM center console and that alpine monitor fit right in there perfect. I love your screen and especially your headunit even though its sony The other picture in the link you sent me with the Eclipse monitor in the din looks pretty hot too though. Is there anyone left selling a JDM console like that? I think KARACING just got rid of his last one.

Well, you could probably find someone else but Im sure that he is probably your best bet since his price is GREAT and so is his customer service. I would PM him if I were you.
