Several of in the UK bought Veilside kits from MVP Motorsports.

Does anybody have concise fitting instructions, in particular, the side skirts. We are having problems such as

"They are too short to get behind both arches and need cutting away. The inner sill will point up at 40 degrees withing the car door. There is am inch gap in the door when open before it rejoins the rear wing. etc etc."

Do we have to take the stock sideskirts off?

dude of course, remember this, not all body kits will fit perfectly on the car, most did some modifications to make it fit right... go to a shop and let them handle it, if your asking how much? cheap but it depends... thumbsup good luck bro!
