I still felt lift but not enough of it. I wonder what it could be? Well, from what I saw under my steering well I kicked myself for not noticing it any sooner. Here's what I did.

1. Take floor mat out of car.

2. Store floor mat in closet.

You're done.

My floor mat was preventing me from pressing the gas all the way to the floor. Somehow the mat just slides under the pedals over time. Weird huh?

I used to have that problem...I've unconsciously changed my foot-moving style to avoid the creep. Had the pedal almost get stuck a few times when I needed to get off the gas in a hurry, that was interesting...

my hook doesn't work. the carpet that the hook attaches to just moves and lets the mat creap up..

my hook are fine..they don't move around..i think the only reason the mat moved up is cause by when you enter the car,u put ur right foot in first then swing ur big ass in causing the mat to move up when ur right foot slid up, then you swing ur left foot in and it pushes the mat a lil too..

ha ha that's so funny. the same thing happened to me. a couple of months after drivin my car i got to thinkin... man i really suck at drivin a stick shift. it kept wantin to go dead. then i realized that the mat had slid under the clutch. so everytime i would try to shift or back up it would start jerking b/c the clutch wasn't all the way in. i got a good laugh out of it though.

its like a kick in the pants or a all of a sudden boost of power. with a intake it fricken roars.

it depends on how far you step on the gas pedal while your in it, and it seems to hit harder in the lower gears, if you downshift into it while flooring (try on the highway 60mph into 3rd) then youll jerk and your passsenger will hurt the back of their head lol. if you rise into it itll go faster(duh ) and also when your in it, the throttle response is like 20 times better

^^^^^ It got nothing on lift, my friend has an 03 rsx-s with n1 catback and aem intake, basically when he goes into v-tec you don't get a kick in the ass like you do with lift, all you can notice is the intake screaming, along with the exhaust, that's it.
