I was fooling around with putting some stickers on, I slapped one onto the little flapper astray door, then took it off. Now its got this wad of gunk/glue stuck there, and I can't get rid of it. How do I take that little thing out? I removed the black ashtray insert, but that flapper door seems like its connected both sides to the center console. How the hell do you remove it? I need to do so to either try cleaning with something strong or replace it with a new one.

I'm going to give goo gone a try, hope it works...if that doesn't work, I'd like to find out how to take it off still.

rubbing alcohol will do the trick. glue gone is basically the same crap, except you pay more for a smaller bottle.

Oh crap, that glue was some super tricked out shit. That sticker I tried to put on there was actually cellphone stickers (TRD ones tho') and it put some super glue on there, I tried rubbing/scratching it off, but it actually dug right through my ashtray door, so now I'm screwed. I gotta figure out how to remove and replace it... anybody else know how?

Thanks guys, I think I'll do that, but I'm not sure where to get color-match paint to match the 04 console that's kinda a dark grey sparkly color?

Damn, my Toyota Dealership says its $101 for a new cig door!, WTF?! eek
