Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior 1971-1972 Vintage Dragon Emblems

Hi Everyone,

I just purchased a set of NOS vintage Celica dragon emblems which I'm going to be mounting on my 2000 GTS and I was wondering if anybody out there knows if the dragons always face to the left?

I was asking the seller if I put one emblem on my right front quarter panel it would be correct as the dragon will be looking forward...BUT if I mount the other dragon on the other side, it would be facing backwards...unfortunately he never got back to me.

Are there any dragon's facing the right?!?

those r really nice emblems satoshi... i was planning on replacing the toyota emblem on the front grill w/ a celica dragon emblem... the blue one more likely... but i dunno where i can get them

I'm almost certain they ALWAYS face left. Part of the insignia, so consistancy is

ebay has em, i bought em the guy first sold em, they were under $50 but now it's over $50 because they sell fast

o go buy only 2 sets and it's dropped under $50 again
