I got a new vis carbon fiber invader hood, I want to install it. Anyone install their hood on their car? thanks

1. look for a friend.
2. pop the hood.
3. have you friend hold the other side and you on the other.
4. uncrew 2 bolt from the hinge. 2 on each side.
5. put the stock hood.
6. remove the big rubber space.
7. position the new hood and screw using the bolts provided. (do not tighten it as adjustments might needed)
8. close the hood slowly.
9. latch it down and see if it still needs adjustments. if so do 7 and 8 again untile desired position acquired.

The biggest problem I had with installing mine was that the latch assembly was sitting too high. I still had about an inch of gap space between the hood and front bumper. To correct it, I had to lengthen the holes in the latch assembly to be able to lower it enough to allow the hood to close all the way. I used a dremel to lengthen the hold about 3/4" Hopefully you don't have this problem!!

I was taking picture of the hood, just incase I f-up installing the invader hood, I notice a screw driver inside my hood. The dealership mechanic must of left it there. I find it funny. rofl
