Hey guys so I just bought a silver 01 celica GT two weeks ago, saw the design and absolutely fell in love so i found a local car dealer that was selling it and i sold my first car a 97 mustang and bought this silver one. Now the stereo is stock but useless, looks like someone punched it because it has a black screen and the antenna on the car is ripped off, also there are 2 cigarette burns on driver seat. Both of those are minor cosmetic issues and I can easily deal with them. I really want your guys opinions on what aftermarket stereo should I go with for the celica if I want to get subs etc.. Also should I replace seats or just get seat covers? Finally my biggest questions are what body kits should I but and I definitely want a new spoiler. The celica came with silver tinted windows that the previous owner put on, they are nice but I really want black. Anyone know,if black tinted windows would look good on this silver celica if I also bought black deep dish rims?? All in all i would like your guys customizing opinions

Looks sweet dude, I got a blue 01 too. I've got a Kenmore KDC 152, with the sub and amp in the back. You won't believe how great the bass sounds coming off that hatchback. Someone smoked in mine too, I used TRD seat covers, so I pretty much forgot about the burns. Oh and I almost forgot, the 2000-20001's will burn through oil like crazy at high RPMs, I freaked when I was putting oil in every two weeks!!! It's just a heads up, I got it somewhat fixed at a Toyota dealership. Okay, body kits, I love the Vader, Blitz, and TRD Widebody. They are about $400 for each set and about the same for shipping and paint. ($800) TRD has the spoiler you're looking for. I've got black tints and they go great with black rims. Kinda two-toned, blue and black.

Stereo: Not alpine. They're good but I've found that the stock ones (before they're blown anyway) are better. I hear kickers are good though. I don't know for myself sadly. Also look into bazookatubes those are pretty good if you want bass but not necessarily the amount to bounce the car.
Body kit: Veilside or TRD = Aggressive. Bomex = Sleek.
Tint-Black looks good on everything.
Seat cover: Personally I'd just go seat covers unless there's a style of seat you like such as racing ones.
Also get an intake. It makes it an even more fun daily driver.

I have to +1 on Reven's suggestion about the intake. Without a doubt, it will make your Celica so much more fun to drive. And for the cost, about $200-$240, its a no-brainer.
I prefer Injen intakes, but you should also research AEM.

Look up a nice set of rims too; Black and silver looks good. You could also paint the calipers for the extra effect.
