I may soon be picking up an 01 gt with a blown motor. Its a 5 speed.

What all engines will swap in? Is there any difference in a motor from an automatic?

It is a gt, not a gt s.

Make sure the engine code name is the same (ex: 1ZZ-FE, 2ZZ-GE), if the codename from the one you are buying isn't the same as the one you have on right now, it won't work, I recently swapped my 2ZZ-GE smile
