Just purchased a 2000 Celica GT-S this weekend and I've stumbled across this front license plate hole cover (at least that's what I'm calling it) but I can't find it anywhere? If anyone knows what it is called or where to find it that would be great.

Thanks a ton for the in-depth reply. You're a big help. Now I can cover up those ugly license plate holes the previous owner messed up in the front bumper.
