you will not find any celica under 10grand, and if you do it'll probably be a salvaged title, have a shit load of miles on it, or sumthin else. You miiiiight have luck with a 2000-2001 GT but good luck man, its gona be tough to find exactly what you're looking for, for the 03-04's, forget about it.

have a beautiful 2001 black GTS but my son had accident and damaged from the front bumper down, would have to be repaired, bodyshop wanted 2k to fix but I think I would just like to get rid of. let me know if you want pics

I’ll have a 2002 GTS for sale in December. It has the 2ZZ-GE with Tiptronic style automatic. New front suspension parts. New CV shafts. Fresh brakes. Fresh tune up and all fluids changed. Using it now while my truck motor is getting rebuilt.
