I have a 2005 GTS, stock suspension. I want 17" rims but I live in the city so low profile tire are a bit risky. I was wondering if 205/50/17 will fit comfortably.

I can't exactly say because I don't know much about the tire/wheels part of the car. I run a 225/45/17 that has worked pretty well for my Celica
I have one odd tire on my Celica because the tire place I went to put the wrong sized tire which is a 215/55/17 and that one is way to big. it scrapped against the top of the rear well and the it scrapes against the sides in the front well as well. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
