Bought a 2003 Celica GT that needed a little work. When purchased, it would crank but wouldn't turn over or start. Checked the air, fuel and spark. Plugs were old and worn; replaced them. Wasn't getting any fuel to the rail; checked fuse and fuel pump; fuel pump was fried so I replaced it. Replaced the air filter. Now it cranks and turns over, partially starts, then dies. Is it possible there is an immobilizer connected? Please take a look at the video and let me know your thoughts.

If there is a immobilizer; is there a way to bypass it?
