Celica Forums General Discussion General Windows roll down 1cm automatically when door opens

Hi, I own a 2002 gts, and I am trying to fingure out a way to make the windows roll down 1cm automatically when the door opens and roll back up when the door closes, i am having to replace the door trim because the windows have ruined the seal.

Can anyone help me figure a way to do it, i googled how and there was only a reason to why it happened, not how to make it happen.
