Visiting various forum discussions I bought a GT 2 years ago, on the argument that it has a better low end torque and is more suited to a daily drive usage. Though numbers do support this understanding but, the experience is otherwise. Note: I drive A/T, only
I recently went for a GTS just because it was in a such a good condition and exchanged my GT.

My first reaction was what less low end torque? Ok, maybe the 1st second is not a G force like a GT wink but a second later and then all the way it is a completely different experience. The torque/power is so linear and always available , it is just incredible !

And I am talking below the famous 6,1999 rpm mark ! It turns into a beast then

So I think we can't take only numbers on face value. The whole tuning and the drive mechanism makes a difference .... feels like a 300hp car

Welcome.

Good observation there. If you'd like to read a little deeper into the engine dynamics of the GT vs the GTS, check this out for a brief summary by yours truly:
