In your league, what does "stock" consist of? No upgrades at all?
In that case, I would just say premium gas, weight reduction, and real good tires.
Let me know what "stock" means to you though.

Connor, hi. I believe that tbski is referring to what used to be known in the SCCA as stock class, but now is called street class. The 7th gen Celis are both (2000-2005 GT and 20000-2003 GTS) classified under GS (used to be called G Stock, now G Street class).
tbski, in the current SCCA street class (what used to be called stock class) the rules are still pretty much what they used to be. Pretty much all of the car needs to be stock from factory. Except:
You can replace the air filter, but the new filter has to fit inside the standard factory air box. i.e. no CAIs in street class.
You can replace modify or add front or rear sway bar(s), including end links.
You can replace brake pads or other wear and tear expendable items like oil filters, etc.
You can replace your exhaust cat back or axle back. Not in front of the rear axle (i.e. not the downpipe, headers, etc)
Seatbelts can be modified, (harnesses ok), but not the seats themselves.
Shocks and struts are changeable but there's a slew of rules attached to that, so check before replacing.
Everything in the trunk - spare tire, liners, tools, etc., can be taken out. In the rear trunk ONLY - everything else has to stay.
You can run any tire that's 200 treadwear or higher on stock sized rims only. The rims are +- one inch allowable width, I believe.
You can change alignment - but only as much as the car lets you (no added camber/caster plates etc)
Basically anything involving comfort and convenience in the car (like a DVD player), you can change it and still remain in street class.
That's it!
Hope this helps Chris

Chris back with ore, since it's germaine here.
The next up for our ransN/A Celis from Street Class is STS - Street Touring Sports class. Basically here, anything bolt-on is permitted, most of the common tuner mods fall in this this class.
So - everything in Street class plus: CAI - up to throttle body or turbo inlets Struts and coilovers Steering Wheels Seats Sway bars, front and rear, including end links Battery relocation Big brakes Camber plates Engine pulleys, except supercharger pulleys Radiators, fans, transmission mounts Headers and high-flow cats Posi LSD ECU reprogramming allowed - bear in mind though that if your car is totally stock, but you've messed with the ECU tuning, then your GS car will automatically fall under this STS category, or higher. Tires still have to be at 200 treadwear or more, but the rims can now be at any diameter.
Next up is Street Prepared. Our Celis are in the DSP class. Everything in STS plus: Brake cooling ducts Clutch and flywheel replacements Emission control system removal Modify or replace fenders for tire clearance Ignition air fuel induction - modify or replace subframe bushings - replace aftermarket spoilers aftermarket body parts tires and rims free
Next, Street Modified. Celis in SM class. (Serious engine, trans mods, and serious lightening mods.) Everything in STS plus: Engine and drivetrain swaps Aero wings CF engine covers, bolt-on fenders, etc. Fuel cells remove rear seats. steering gears or quickeners all suspension components free.
That's a quick and dirty transcription of Appendix A of the SCCA rules book as it pertains to us, and you can find the relevant sections in the attached pdf
There. Now you know everything.

Of course I just mentioned 7h Gen Celis.
The earlier gen Celis will fall under lower powered classes (see Appendix A, above) but the modification levels permitted in Street, Street Touring, Street Prepared and Street Modified classes are pretty much the same in all power classes.
