I replaced my lift bolts and when I try to hit lift I am limited at 7k RPM's. The Engine is fully warmed and everything, and now there is a little bit of oil on the front and back on the left and front right.

Warped my valve cover?

Most likely you have to reseal the valve cover or get a new valve cover gasket..

Your local auto parts store should have it. Or be able to get it. Also tighten your timing chain cover bolts near the leak. Should be a 10mm. Try tightening those before replacing the gasket

The OEM valve cover gasket has 2 little bumps at the areas where the timing chain cover mates up with the head, not sure what for! Those 2 areas usually leak oil on the front of the engine head (down to the solenoid), and back of the head, down to the timing chain tensioner.

Those 2 surfaces need RTV to make sure they seal tight. Take the cover out, spread some RTV on the 2 T edges, and reassemble the cover.
