Celica Forums General Discussion General Wiper blades won't stop (intermittently)

2003 Celica GT
Wiper blades will start running while I'm on the road and they won't stop unless the car is turned off or fuse is pulled.
I imagine it could be my switch or the motor but have no idea how to get to the motor which I believe might be the cause.
Also - I stopped getting wiper fluid on the front right before this started.

Any ideas, suggestions, on what it could be and how to get to the wiper blade motor?
