What is the best way to clean tracks for the sunroof?

Hey, welcome!

I know your question isn't a complex one but I would say it depends on what is available to you.

I would start by using a shop vac to get the big stuff and then a generic spray cleaner or even just water and towel to wipe them down until clean. But if you do so, be sure to have grease on hand to replace the grease you just wiped off. Lubrication is important here.

I tried using a spray cleaner and towels but didnt seem to get into the tight spots too good. I'll try the shop vac and see if I can get more out of it. Took the sunroof out and got it going good but soon as I put it back in the driver side wants to get stuck and not come up. Figured the part that raises it was dirty which it is. I've had it a year but it wasnt taken care of much before I had it so still trying to get the kinks all worked out
