I have an 03' Celica in Montana. We just got a few feet of snow and the Celica is still going strong. However, this morning when I was pulling into an unplowed parking lot entrance, I must have hit a big block of ice and there was a real loud breaking sound, a great way to start the day. When I got out to look, the rocker panel on my passenger side is hanging on by each end and is undone in the middle. I can take a picture of it in a few hours, but do the panels usually just push back in in these cases?

Hey, welcome!

If I'm understanding what you're saying, then yes, the rocker panel/side skirt will just push back in. A row of clips hold them in.
