Hey guys im new to this forum and to celica's. I just picked up a gts Couple of months ago and I find the stock exhaust is just too quite. I was thinking that since there are two mufflers, I could get someone to cut out the one towards the rear and then weld in a pipe. What are your thoughts on this? Would it improve sound and how much do you think it would be?

Thanks in advance.

Hey, welcome.

You could try a muffler delete, it's an extremely common mod for all cars. Just search on YouTube for "Celica GTS muffler delete" or something similar and you can decide if it fits your taste. Around here, that would probably like $50 so not too much. If you really want to save money, you could just unbolt the muffler from the tailpipe, as many others have also done.
