Hello everyone I have decided to restore and suit up my Automatic 2002 Toyota Celica. I remember the bottom plastic piece came out from the bottom and started scraping the ground. So I cut large pieces of it off; This was a while ago. So I wanted to know what the bottom hard plastic piece is called and if I can get it at the junkyard if so what year are compatible.

This is probably what you're looking for:

Center Under Cover.
Part # 51405-20060.
OEM Price $73.36

#14 in the attached diagram

The other two attached images are of the Center Under Cover (51405-20060) which has been trimmed.
