Been concerned for my Car lately, only issue I have is I feel a vibration when idle (Low RPM) doesn’t feel like it wants to die but it is vibrating good. Engine mounts good and smoke test was good.
PO420 Cat below threshold bank 1
PO440 Evap emission system
PO441 evap incorrect purge flow
PO446 evap vent control circuit
Car runs like new besides the idle and I also passed state emission testing not long ago! Wth where do I even start.

Here are my suggestions, known to work in most cars with that code:


PO420 Cat below threshold bank 1: Add a 14mm defouler to O2 sensor 2 behind the CAT. That should fix problems with the CAT. Dont let SMOG stations or DMV know that your exhaust has been modified.

These EVAP codes point to a bad EVAP charcoal canister on top of the gas tank. Dealer OEM price is $450-500, but you can buy an used canister in eBay for $50-100.The car has to be on lift or high stand to access bolts under the chassis. It should take a mechanic about half hour to remove and replace. It should work and clear all codes after running the car a few weeks.
