Hi, I think this is pretty self-explanatory.
Will a Pre-Facelift front bumper fit on a Post-Facelift 7th Gen? I'm in the market for a '03-'05 GT but man do I capital-H hate the post-facelift catfish face on the 7th Gen. When I get one I wanna swap that front bumper ASAP! I imagine that the answer is "yes," but I thought I would ask since I'm new here and don't know for sure haha. Thanks in advance!

Between TOYOTA (Toyota OEM) and TRD (Toyota aftermarket), there are essentially five bumper variations.

1) Years 2000, 2001, 2002 are the first version of stock.
2) Years 2003, 2004, 2005 are the second version of stock.

3) Years 2002, 2003, 2004 were presented with the optional "Action Package."
4) For year 2005, Toyota gave the Action Package an update which was also referred to as the a "Tsunami Edition."

There are three other bumper style names used.
5) TRD Elegant - This has the 2000-2002 looks, with a WW/VIS lip.
... TRD Mechanical or TRD Aero - These are the TOYOTA Action Package.

Celica GT and GTS both have the same body kit mounting points, thus, body kits for each are interchangeable.
A basic 7th gen Celica body kit consists of 4 pieces. Front, rear and two side skirts. A wing or spoiler can be added to the long list of additional body kit parts.

thumbsup Yeah, I prefer the pre-facelift front as well. Your right about it looking like a catfish. I have a facelift model and was thinking about putting a pre-facelift one.

@CaffineKid Wow, thank you so much for all the information and sources you linked! This helps a lot. I was not aware of the "TRD elegant" bumper but it looks pretty sleek as well! Thanks again.
