Well, my 03 GTS has been sitting for two years with the tranny removed and I'm wondering what needs to be done to ensure the internals are lubed up, such as the camshaft and bearings.
Needs an oil change of course but, do I need to manually add oil from the top via removing the valve cover or, use a pressurized system to pull oil up to the head through the oil sending unit or..? I've read some mixed things, seems it might be fine to just crank it over as it's probably not dry like a rebuilt engine being started for the first time but, I'm not sure. Thanks in advance.
