It may be a worn/broken front mount which is easy to change.
Vibration could be caused by uneven compression in one or more cylinders. The spec says compression should be within 10% across all 4 cylinders.
A frequent cause of drop in compression may be piston rings or valves contaminated and stuck with hardened oil deposits. You should do dry and wet compression checks to find if leaks are in valves (dry) or piston rings (wet).
If contaminated, use MOTOR MEDIC GUNK ($5 Walmart) to flush oil. I would add half a bottle to the oil, idle engine 10 min then dump. Any contamination and sludge would be dissolved. Oil would be thick and black like tar. You may have to flush more than 1 times to completely clean engine.
I flush every time I change oil. Clean engine runs smoother, burns less fuel.
