Hey all,
Does anyone know if the 7th gen 1999 toyota celica had interchangable parts (or same body panels) with the later 7th gen toyota celicas (eg. 2001)? Looking to use parts from a used 1999 toyota celica for my 2001 celica.

No. They are completely different exterior body styles.

I know each gen has totally different exterior body styles. I'm asking whether a 7th gen model made in 1999 from the 7th generation of celicas would have the same exterior panels as a 7th gen model made later in 2001?

All 7th gen Celica (2000-2005) whether manufactured and sold in 1999 or sold in 2000, have interchangeable parts with other 7th gen Celica.

6th gen Celica exterior panels are NOT bolt-on compatible with 7th gen Celica parts.
