I recently installed Hotchkis Sport Sway bars in the front and rear of my 02 GTS. A week after intall I was hearing and feeling a knock/pop from the front end when going over bumps/turning at low speeds. I confirmed all torque specs on the subframe, engine mounts and steering rack as well as the OEM sway bar links were tight and on the less stiff setting. This didn't help so I swapped the links to new OEM ones. The noise when away for a while then returned. I put the whiteline end links on and they helped for 1000 miles but the problem returned today.
I am noticing some noise on the sway bushings so I am going to replace those. (sway bars were out of junkyard). Reused the bushings.
Any thoughts on the pop/knocking?
