ive never had a silver car before, what do you think the best engine bay color for a silver celica would be? adonised red? adonised blue? silver? all black? anymore suggestions
A silver car is hard to match colors with, same prob i had, but since i have the 03, which comes with the black interior, unlike the earlier models, which is grey i believe, so i went with a yellow interior, which already doesnt look bad with silver, but you cant see it from the outside since i have dark tints, so it looks real nice in the interior, then the engine, i went wih yellow also, but thats about to be changed, its just too much yellow, im in the process of changing it, dont know if ill paint it gloss black, or buy the carbon fiber replacements!!

I'd go with blue if i have the car. I just like blue(not dark blue, but light like the sky) personally. Nothing against any of the other color you mention. My '00 celi is black and i'm planning to paint the interior and engine bay blue.

- get the IPT Carbon Fiber pieces... you won't regret it
How are you guys achieving this? Did you have it done by body shop? Did you do-it-yourself? Is is it actual paint or is it some kind of plastic resin or wrap? I want to do my engine in a dark purple.
