I ordered new ocv for my celica 2000 gts and they sent me one for 1zz engine I put in not knowing that it was for 1zz and I'm still getting p1690 cel . Does anyone know if they are same for both cam and lift ? On the 2zz ?

The Celica GT (VVT-i) 1ZZ-FE does not have lift.
Only the GTS (VVTL-i) 2ZZ-GE has lift.
