Hi, I am doing a 1zz auto to 2zz manual swap in my Celica. I have the auto shifter cables and shifter out. I am prepping to put my 6 speed gear shifter and cables in. My question is what to do with the automatic key interlocking cable? Do I disconnect from steering or just cut it? I can't find an answer to this anywhere. Thanks for any insight.
