Check plug cables. Could be damaged, intermittently open or short to ground.
What are cylinders' compression? If the head gasket is cracked and leaks coolant into cylinders, they will misfire.
By a cheap chemical test kit and check for combustion gas in coolant caused by broken head gasket.
