I have a 2000 celica gts with a broken transmission monunt. It is broken on the transmission. My question is will the transmission case of the 5 speed fit the 6 speed? I've looked online and it looks like it will but wanted some input. I have a spare 5speed for my 2001 celica gt and want to use it if I can. I really don't want to spend $400 for a case plus shipping. I'm tempted to jb weld it but I don't know if it'll hold.

I was able to finally find my answer. This is the part I need not the one I posted on Friday. This part is not interchangeable with the 5 speed according to their compatibility tool. Its is under $350 with tax and shipping Monkey Wrench Racing wants over $1,000. Guess I'm probably going to order this and have it installed.
